Figital Labs LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Noted.ai, an AI-powered feedback analysis platform designed for the hospitality and healthcare industries. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our web application and associated services.

When you use Noted.ai, we may collect the following types of information:

1.1 Information from Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Name

  • Email address

  • (SSO is mandatory to access Noted.ai. We support all identity providers.)

1.2 Feedback Content

  • Structured and unstructured feedback data in JSON format.

  • Feedback is derived from transcribed conversations between staff members and guests/patients.

  • We do not store original voice recordings.

How We Use the Information

We process the collected data to:

  • Transcribe and analyse feedback conversations.

  • Categorise feedback into relevant complaint types and departments.

  • Provide management with dashboards and reports showing recurring issues, NPS scores, guest profiles, and staff coaching opportunities.

We do not use collected data to train AI models.


Data Storage & Retention

We process the collected data to:

  • Data is stored securely in AWS (Mumbai Region).

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • Retention period: 6 months from collection date, after which data is permanently deleted.

  • Users can request deletion of their data via their organisation’s admin or by contacting us directly.


Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties. We use trusted third-party service providers for:

  • Cloud hosting – AWS

  • AI processing – OpenAI


User Access & Rights

  • Users can access the Management Dashboard if their organisation grants them login credentials.

  • Users cannot directly modify dashboard data.

  • Data correction requests must be routed through the user’s organisation.

Security Practices

We implement:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit.

  • Role-based access controls (permissions set by client management).

  • Audit logs for system activity.

    We have not yet undergone a third-party security audit, but follow industry-standard security practices.


Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for analytics, personalisation, or advertising.

International Availability

Our services are currently available only in India and are not GDPR or HIPAA certified.
