How Figital Labs agents follow one patient from OP to IP and keep both the patient and the revenue. In the OP consult, Doctor Scribe and Prescription Intelligence write the note and track every advised step, such as medicines, an MRI and a cross-consult, until it happens. In counselling, Estimate Builder and FC Scribe build an accurate estimate and flag SOP gaps, where a counsellor's quote of ₹2,00,000 had ended in a ₹3,50,000 bill. During admission and stay, Due Mobilisation and NotedAI collect deposits, turn feedback into tickets and re-counsel the family when the bill crosses the estimate. At the final bill, Bill Audit reads the EHR, prescriptions, policy, tariff and billing rules before the patient pays and returns findings with evidence, for example a missing anaesthetist fee of ₹5,180, in minutes. Where is our data stored?

In secure cloud data centres in India, operated by Figital Labs. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How do you handle security?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and all system activity is logged. Your data stays in India and is isolated by hospital.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is used only to run your workflows. It is never used to train AI models.

Which languages do the products handle?

All Indian regional languages, including Hinglish and Indian English. NotedAI handles conversations in any language, including mixed ones.

How are the products deployed?

They are hosted for you, so there is nothing to install on your servers. The Clinical and Revenue modules and AI Guru run in the browser. NotedAI runs as a mobile app with a web dashboard. Ambient Scribe adds a small recorder app on a counter computer.
