How do I get an account?

Noted AI is provided to authorized hospital staff and Guest Relation Executives. Please contact your hospital administrator to request access.

How does recording work?

Tap Record to securely capture a patient feedback conversation. Recordings should only be made with appropriate consent. The audio is transcribed and analyzed to generate issue tickets, then the original recording is deleted after transcription is complete.

What happens to the tickets?

Tickets are routed automatically to the relevant department (such as Food or Housekeeping). You can review, adjust severity, verify the AI findings, dismiss minor issues, or escalate high-priority tickets to Department Heads.

How is my data protected?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
